Randall S. Simpson - President & CEO
Randall is the original founder and President of The Lube Center, The Auto Spa, and The Auto Repair family of businesses. Randall oversees the day to day operation of all of the businesses and is also involved in the expansion of the company.
Michael Allen - Managing Partner
Michael is the Managing Partner for the Frederick and Montgomery County Lube Center locations as well as Fredericktowne Auto Repair. Michael oversees the day to day operation and strategic planning for all Lube Center and Auto Repair businesses in the Frederick and Montgomery County regions.
John Bohn - Managing Partner
John is the Managing Partner for the Columbia, Laurel, Gambrills, and Pennsylvania Lube Center locations as well as the Mid-Atlantic Auto Repair in Gambrills, MD. John oversees the day to day operation and strategic planning for Lube Center and Auto Repair businesses in Howard, Prince George's, Anne Arundel, and York, PA Counties.
John Gay - Managing Partner
John is the Managing Partner for all The Auto Spa locations. John oversees the day to day operation and strategic planning for all The Auto Spa businesses located in Frederick, Germantown, and Gambrills, Maryland.
Cindy Burdette - Marketing Director
Cindy handles all aspects related to Marketing, Advertising, and charitable giving for The Lube Center, The Auto Spa, and The Auto Repair family of businesses.
Pam Grandstaff - Assistant to the President & CEO
Pam serves as the Executive Assistant to the President and project lead for multiple internal operational processes for The Lube Center, The Auto Spa, and The Auto Repair family of businesses.
Jacquie Jenkins - Finance Director
Jacquie handles all aspects of finance and accounting for The Lube Center, The Auto Spa, and The Auto Repair family of businesses.
John Mauck - Human Resources Director
John handles all aspects of human resources and employee benefits for The Lube Center, The Auto Spa, and The Auto Repair family of businesses.
Dawn Monroe - Facilities Manager
