We took our car in for an oil & fluid change and the next day the car started smoking. I called at 5:15 not expecting anyone to answer; the Manager got on the phone right away. He got in his car and came to our house to look at the vehicle. Even though the shop was closed, he said he would fix it that night so we didn't miss work the next day. Now that is Supreme Excellent Fantastic Awesome Customer Service - if only everyone could be like that man!

Went for my first visit today to get a state inspection and I have to say that it was the BEST experience I've ever had at a car facility! The staff fell all over themselves making sure my inspection was fast and friendly and the waiting room was nice and clean. Thank you for being personable and affordable all at the same time.

I was blown-away by the site set-up, friendliness & professionalism of staff, and super-cleanliness of both facilities. It was unlike any car wash or lube center I've ever been! The waiting areas are very, very cool; it was more like a relaxing coffee lounge where you'd want to hang out with your friends for a few hours, not the standard dirty waiting room.

I love getting my oil changed and not having to keep my kids entertained and well-behaved in a cramped waiting room. They don't mind waiting in the car and the lollipops keep them happy. The staff is always very professional and informative. I will be sad when we move to New York and I have to go back to Jiffy Lube.
