Automatic Transmission Fluid Change & Filter Replacement Service
Automatic transmission fluid protects the transmission by cleaning, cooling and lubricating the gears, resulting in gears that shift smoothly and efficiently. The filter blocks harmful dirt and debris from contaminating the transmission fluid while the pan gasket seals the transmission to prevent leaks.
Your Lube Center technicians will:
- change transmission fluid and filter
- replace the pan gasket
Why change the transmission fluid and replace filter?
Changing the transmission fluid and filter according to your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications will keep your transmission clean and prevent premature wear and damage to the vehicle gears. We use synthetic or Dexron VI fluid for all transmission services.
Automatic Transmission Fluid Exchange Service
Automatic transmission fluid protects the transmission by cleaning, cooling and lubricating the gears, resulting in gears that shift smoothly and efficiently. The torque converter connects the engine to the transmission and allows the engine to keep running when the wheels stop.
Your Lube Center technicians will:
- completely exchange the transmission fluid, including the torque converter and transmission cooler
Why exchange transmission?
A complete exchange of the transmission fluid allows the technician to completely empty the fluid, and thoroughly clean the fluid chamber. Exchanging the transmission fluid according to your vehicle manufacturer’s specifications will keep your transmission clean and prevent premature wear and damage to the vehicle gears. We use synthetic or Dexron VI fluid for all transmission services.

- completely drain and flush old fluid
- refill with new CVT transmission fluid (up to 5 quarts)
